A simple color permutation in hexadecimal

By Detlef

Hexadecimal – often called “hex” – is a numeric system with a root of 16 – not of 10, as our everyday decimal system is. Among other things hex is used to encode the HTML- colors. The numbers 0 – 9 represent the values 0 – 9, the letters A – F represent the values from 10 – 15.
