The price of freedom

Heiner Müller asks: “Is exploitation the price of freedom?” and answers: “It might be.”

In the market economies politics tries to correct this. To protect the weaker from the strong in an environment of freedom without shared values. But the more politics correct, the less freedom.

The more justice, the less freedom.

Or, to turn Müller’s statement around: “Is servitude the price of justice? It might be.”
