A rude comment can ruin my day

Am I over sensitive? Is it true you have to develop a thick skin if you decide to present yourself in social media?

I do not reply on rude comments. I do not want to be entangled in bad vibrations, bad moods.

Most of the time I delete rude comments. Yes, that’s what I do. Insulting behavior is not covered by the right of free speech. As far as I am concerned.

RUDE: ANY remark that impacts a person only means they believe in it. For example, if someone calls you a car, you know that you’re a human, and not a vehicle, so it wouldn’t matter. Conversely, if someone says something else “____” it can be anything (e.g. ugly, stupid, whatever), we only internalize it if we believe or identify with the statement.

Opinions are just that, and have nothing to do with you unless you want it to.

    Peace .:.

Hey Zari, pleased to meet you and thank you for your comfort! However: an insult is insulting – that has nothing to do with believing.
